Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage Promotion

  1. The name of this promotion is “Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage”. The promoter is Ventura Home Group Pty Ltd Trading as Aussie Living Homes ABN 70 093 870 618 of Level 7, 20 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA.
  2. This offer is valid from 19th January 2019. This promotion is ongoing and can be stopped at any time at the choice of the promoter Aussie Living Homes.
  3. This offer is exclusive to Aussie Living Homes (Builder).
  4. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise advised or agreed to by the Builder.
  5. The Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage Promotion is available on the Dream and Mighty ranges of homes in Perth Metro and the South West division of Aussie Living Homes.
  6. To assist with our clients Rent payments and Mortgage repayments during construction, The Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage Promotion involves a total payment of $10,000 (incl GST) being made to the client in two parts at set milestones which are indicative of the costs that are likely experienced during the client’s new home build and is based on a $330,000 package with a 20% deposit and interest only repayments during construction.
  7. The Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage Repayments promotion amount of $10,000 is based off a single $7,000 payment in rent assistance in addition to a single $3,000 payment in mortgage repayment assistance. $7000 rent assist during the construction phase is based on a rent amount of $350p/w (Source REIWA 350p/w Median Perth weekly rent) for a 20-week period. $3000 Mortgage repayment assist is based off minimum interest only repayments and is indicative of the approximate amount of time that a client will be paying repayments until collecting their keys. It is the responsibility of the client to make all rent payments to landlords or similar and their specified interest only or principal and interest home loan repayments to their nominated finance institution. Aussie Living Homes takes no responsibility for payment of the client’s rent or associated mortgage repayment obligations with third parties during the build time or following completion of the client’s home. The Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage Promotion is subject to the contracted client obtaining finance and valuation approval. Should finance or valuation be rejected and a reduction in the building contract be required the Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage promotion becomes void, and a discount up to the same amount will be applied to the contract if necessary.

  7. Offer is available to customers satisfying lender and eligibility criteria.
  8. Zero Deposit component means that a zero land and a zero house deposit applies to a range of House and Land Packages available in applicable Terranovis estates totalling less than $400,000.
  9. To assist with our clients Rent payments and Mortgage repayments during construction, The Zero Rent, Zero Mortgage, Zero Deposit Promotion involves a total payment of $10,000 (incl GST) being made to the client in two parts at set milestones.

Live The Dream Range

  1. Live the Dream Range promotion is available on the Dream range of homes only.
  2. To assist with rent payments during construction, Live the Dream Range promotion involves a single payment of $10,000 (incl GST) being made to the client or a nominated family member or friend following the first progress payment (Slab) to the builder.
  3. In the instance where Live the Dream Range payment is to be paid to a family member or friend, the client is required to complete and sign the nominated authority form which will be provided to the contracted client.
  4. It is the responsibility of the client to make any and all rent payments to landlords or similar. Aussie Living Homes takes no responsibility for payment of a client’s rent or associated obligations with a third party.
  5. Eligibility is subject to the contracted client obtaining finance and valuation approval. Should finance or valuation be rejected and a reduction in the building contract be required, Live the Dream Range promotion becomes void, and a discount up to the same amount will be applied.

 

House and Land Promotion – April 2019

20 Week Build Guaranteed

  1. The 20 week build guarantee is applicable to All Aussie Living Homes designs and specifications.
  2. A 20 week build guarantee is calculated from the day the slab is poured until the 1st practical completion inspection (PCI1), excluding public holidays and a two week office closure during December.
  3. In the instance the build time frame from Slab to PCI1 meeting is greater than 20 weeks with no external delays as described below, Aussie Living Homes will pay the owner $350 per week from the 20th week of construction until the 1st PCI meeting.
  4. Owner supplied items and trade nominations which result in delays over our scheduled allocated timeframe, will not be included in the 20 week guarantee.
  5. Custom designs and urban infill (non-estate) builds are not included in the 20 week guarantee.
  6. Non-standard items chosen from our suppliers which are subject to availability and result in delays, will not be included in the 20 week guarantee.
  7. Variables outside the control of Aussie Living Homes which result in a delay (eg. Extended periods of inclement weather, theft, vandalism, fire, owner availability to attend the PCI1 meeting) will not be included in the 20 week guarantee.
  8. Variations requested by the owners during construction which result in a delay will not be included in the 20 week guarantee.
  9. Payments for a build time frame over 20 weeks will be made as one payment to owners once calculated at PCI1.
  10. The Aussie Living Homes 20 week guarantee is valid for clients signing a Preparation of Plans Agreement from 1st February 2019. This promotion is ongoing and can be stopped at any time at the choice of the promoter Aussie Living Homes.
