Approved Packages Campaign 

Aussie Living Homes (AHL) the promoter of the campaign is advertising home and land packages that meet the current criteria of the First Homebuyer Grant. HomeBuilder Grant and WA State Government Stimulus

  • Commencement Date: 1st of September 2020 and shall continue until all stocks are sold or at the discretion of the ALH

The  “Approved Packages” consist of home and land packages exclusive to ALH in conjunction with participating land developers.

This offer of $55k is available to first home buyer customers who meet the federal and WA state government grant eligibility criteria.

The $55k is made up as follows

  • $10,000 First Homebuyer Grant
  • $25,000 HomeBuilder Grant
  • $20,000 WA Building Bonus

NOTE:   The first home buyer grants of $10,000 has been deducted from the price of all packages.

It is the responsibility of the customer to check their individuals eligibility as to whether they qualify for the government grants. ALH shall in no way be responsible for any applications, eligibility or representations made to customers regarding the likelihood of them qualifying / receiving the grants.

Land:

Aussie Living Homes is not the owner of the land but has been authorised by the landowner to package and advertise the land exclusively for the purposes of the campaign. The estimated land price does not include transfer duty, settlement costs or any other fees associated with the settlement of the land. The developer has confirmed the land will be titled prior to 31 December 2020 allowing the land to be eligible for the HomeBuilder Grant & WA Builder Bonus. ALH shall not be held responsible for any representations made by the land developer in relation to the availability for titles or the customers eligibility for government grants

Home:

The contract to build the home will be executed with Aussie Living Homes. The estimated cost of building includes the features described within the advertisement however may be subject to change without notice for any unforeseen circumstances or additional changes the customer may make to the package. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise advised or agreed to by Aussie Living Homes. This promotion is valid for construction within the Perth Metro area only.

Grants:

To be eligible for the “Approved Packages” the purchaser must qualify for the respective government grants. ALH shall not be held responsible for the customers eligibility for government grants and the customers should take all reasonable steps to conform their eligibility before entering into any agreements with ALH.

For General Information Only:

HomeBuilder Grant:

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Income below $125,000 a year (single) or $200,000 (couple)
  • Available on new homes valued up to $750,000 (including land)

First Home Buyer Grant:

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
  • Purchaser or spouse has never owned residential property in Australia
  • Purchaser will occupy the home as a principal place of residence for a continuous period of 6 months within 12 months of completion of home build.

Repayments

Weekly price is based on a rate of 2.29% (Comparison Rate 3.45%) repayable over 30 years. Home Loan based off 92% of House and Land price, deposit required of 8%, (excludes Fees). Zero Deposit House and Land Promotion

  1. 10K Cash Back promotion is available on the specified homes designs with the 10K Cashback ribbon applied only.
  2. To assist with rent or bills or mortgage payments during construction, 10K Cashback offer promotion involves a single payment of $10,000 (incl GST) being made to a nominated bank account of the client or a nominated family member or friend following the first progress payment (Slab) to the builder.
  3. In the instance where payment is to be paid to a family member or friend, the client is required to complete and sign the nominated authority form which will be provided to the contracted client.
  4. It is the responsibility of the client to make all payments of rent, bills, mortgage or similar. Aussie Living Homes takes no responsibility for payment of a client’s rent or associated obligations with a third party.
  5. Eligibility is subject to the contracted client obtaining finance and valuation approval. Should finance or valuation be rejected and a reduction in the building contract be required, 10K Cashback promotion becomes void, and a discount up to the same amount will be applied.
