As of 1st May 2019, Keystart have announced changes to their income limits, making it even EASIER for first home buyers to get into the property market!
The existing income limits have been increased by $15K for singles and couples and $20K for families:
Singles: $105,000 (previously $90,000)
Couples: $130,000 (previously $115,000)
Families: $155,000 (previously $135,000)
This means, that if you have previously tried to get a low deposit finance loan in the past but were not eligible, you could be now!
Keystart have extended the increase to their income limits! That means you can take advantage of this initiative only for a limited time and is available on applications from 1st May 2019 to 30th June 2020. Better hurry, this awesome initiative won’t last forever!
