Our top 5:

1. Shorehaven Estate at Alkimos

Shorehaven estate at Alkimos has direct beach access with 1.7km of pristine coastline to enjoy. Within this vibrant coastal community, you can choose from a range of modern homes to build or live in. A future Coastal Village Centre (including Woolworths and 17 specialty stores and cafes are also in the plans) with a stunning four-hectare Waterfront Park now open in its stage one of completion make this estate one to definitely invest into.

2.The Village at Wellard

The Village at Wellard prides itself on being a ‘neighbourhood with a difference’. It already has been awarded by the residents that live there, through a 2015 Community Wellbeing Survey finding an overwhelming majority of respondents were happy with life and services in Wellard. This close knit-community has affordable house and land in an attractive dress-circle location that’s cleverly designed around a central train station and everyday conveniences are within walking distance.

3. Yanchep Golf Estate

Yanchep Golf Estate enjoys seemingly unlimited access to so many green spaces that no other estate can really boast. Live in a community surrounded by trees, grass, a lagoon and a closeby national park but also close enough to a range of established amenities that includes schools and a central shopping centre. Butler Train Station is just 15 minutes away, ensuring an easy commute to the Perth CBD with the future Yanchep City Centre nearby and planned rail link, hospital, shops, and more. Live in nature in Yanchep – but with added convenience.

4. Baldivis North Estate at Baldivis

Looking for an estate that has a fusion of city and country living? Baldivis North offers a range of home-site options at great prices, catering from new or growing families to professional or retired couples. Well landscaped parks and convenient shopping are here in Baldivis North. It is only 30 minutes from Perth, 30 minutes from recreational hotspot Mandurah and just 10 minutes from the beach. As for schools – you have Baldivis North Estate located right next door to Baldivis Primary School and that’s also just north of the new Baldivis Shopping Centre and Recreation/Sporting Centre. With easy access to Kwinana Freeway and Warnbro Train Station, this is the suburb to watch.

5. Ellenbrook.

Ellenbrook is a northeastern suburb about 21km from Perth’s CBD and is located within the City of Swan. It has been designed and developed as a self-sustainable community with the vision of it soon becoming a satellite city. The great thing about Ellenbrook is that it has a fantastic location and is 17km from Guildford, 19km from Midland and 27km from the CBD, with major road Gnangara Road linking Ellenebrook with Wangara and other northern suburbs, while Reid and Tonkin Highways are also nearby.  Ellenbrook is a worthy suburb to invest and build in. With close proximity to the beautiful and picturesque Swan Valley, Ellenbrook sits in a prime location.

SOUTH WEST

When it comes to the South West, house and land packages are generally spread out across Australind, Millbridge and Dalyellup in the greater Bunbury region and in Busselton to the south. Living in the South West has many desirable lifestyle benefits. Rolling vineyards set against a backdrop of ocean and forest, it is a vibrant hub of activity with over one million visitors per year, making it a popular holiday area in the state as well as a place to call home for many more.

Our top 5:

1. Australind

Australind is a stunning South West community situated on some of the highest land in WA’s fastest growing town, Australind. Residents can enjoy a balanced lifestyle that combines a tranquil, natural setting with modern amenities closeby. There is already an Australind Town Centre (with Coles and a variety of specality stores) as well as schools, health services, restaurants and superb golf courses. It’s also perfect for young and growing families, with 1.35 hectares of open parks, retained bushland and rivers nearby for fit activities and picnics. Australind is only a short 10 minute drive from the north hub of Bunbury with the nearby Forrest Highway providing access to Perth CBD.

2. Dalyellup Beach Estate

Dalyellup boasts 50 hectares of parks and gardens with 25km of bike-ways and walking trails as well as apiece of preserved Tuart Forest. With its own well-developed village centre (and a Woolworth’s underway as well as a choice of schools), Dalyellup Beach may be away from traditional suburbia but still only 7 minutes from entertainment, restaurants and great shopping at Bunbury.

3. Vasse

Looking for a South West home within easy reach of everything? Vasse has the ideal location and has been acknowledged as the region’s most acclaimed residential development. It’s in close proximity to beaches, local shops, Vasse Primary School, Cape Naturaliste College High School, Busselton Airport and is also at the gateway to Margaret River Vineyards – all this makes Vasse great for young couples, families and frequent flyers. The natural surroundings are serene and offer a convenient and family-orientated neighbourhood with many choosing Vasse the suburb to raise their family in.

4. Busselton

Busselton is the largest town in the Geographe Bay region with a population of 25,000 and counting. It is considered the capital  of the Margaret River Wine Region, offering a huge range of accommodation and things to do. The drawcard to this relaxed town is the picturesque foreshore with the famous Busselton Jetty and Underwater Observatory, uninterrupted views of the coastline plus lots of space to soak up the sun. One more thing – Busselton sunset’s are actually Australia’s best – voted in a poll by over 1000 people, so see it to believe it.

5. Dunsborough Lakes

Want breathtaking sunsets on the beach, long afternoons on a golf course, picnics down by the lake and a place to go home that is amidst natural surroundings?  Dunsborough Lakes is very popular with families with the family-sized blocks giving families more room for their lifestyles – boats, pets, SUVs, bikes, fishing gear, kayaks and surfboards.
