 'Refer a friend to receive $500'

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Referrer will be paid $500 for referring a lead on the following conditions:

    1. The referral cheque is the first contact Aussie Living has with the referred customer and the original cheque is received at deal submission from the Sales Representative.

    2. The referred customer buildes with Aussie Living Homes

    3. The referrer completes a 'Statement by a supplier' form and returns the original form to Aussie Living Homes. 

  2. Subject to the above terms and conditions the referrer will receive a cheque for $500 within 30 days of the referred customer's floor slab being laid.

  3. There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can submit.

  4. The referrer is only entitled to a maximum of $500 per customer and will not receive more if their referred customer should build more than one (1) home with Aussie Living.

  5. The referral amount must be taken as supplied and is not transferable.

  6. Employees of Aussie Living Homes, their associated agencies and immediate families, are ineligible for the referral bonus. 

  7. The completed forms and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Aussie Living Homes.

Mover Quarterly $500 Cash Prize

Terms and Conditions

This competition is run by the Ventura Home Group PTY LTD Trading as Aussie Living Homes ABN 70093870618 of 426 Scarborough Beach Rd, Osborne Park WA 6017.

  1. Mover of the Month Quarterly $500 cash prize is one (1) cheque for $500 only. The prize is not transferable. One prize only will be awarded.  

  2. The First Quarterly draw competition will run from 01/01/2012 and will close at 5pm on 31/03/2012.

  3. The winner will be chosen from the registered Movers Members who have sent through their January 2012, February 2012 and March 2012 savings bank statements to their Movers Coach by the closing date. All eligible members will be placed into a draw. The First Quarterly draw winner will be drawn at 1pm on Tuesday the 10/04/2012.

  4. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw, the winner forfeits the prize and Aussie Living Homes reserves the right not to draw another winner.

  5. The method of determining the winner is via paper draw of all Movers Members who have sent through their January 2012, February 2012 and March 2012 savings bank statements to their Movers Coach by the closing date, where all entries are printed and placed into a barrel and the winner is drawn at random.

  6. The winner will be notified by telephone by their Movers Coach following the draw. The winner will also be announced on the Movers Portal in the days following the draw.

  7. If the winner chooses not proceed with the prize, Aussie Living Homes reserves the right not to draw another winner.

  8. The prize will be provided as one (1) cheque for $500 issued to the winner.

  9. The competition is open to permanent residents of Western Australia aged 18 years or over only.

  10. The winner must be able to verify the bank statements supplied are true.

  11. Aussie Living Homes may use the winner's name and details for promotional purposes and future promotional purposes in the media without reference to or approval by the winner.

  12. Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Aussie Living Homes decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoters reserve the right to limit entry, discontinue competition or amend rules if considered necessary, without notice.

  13. The winner is not eligible to enter into or receive any benefit under any other promotion run by Aussie Living Homes after the winning draw date.

  14. Completion of this entry shall also provide Aussie Living Homes consent for an indefinite period of time to communicate with the entrant via telephone, email, mail or SMS regardless of any listing on a Do Not Call Register.

  15. The completed entry and any information contained thereon shall remain the property of Aussie Living Homes.

  16. Employees, relatives and associates of Ventura Home Group PTY LTD and associated companies are not eligible to enter the competition.

  17. Aussie Living Homes will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the winner's use of the prize.

  1. Mover of the Month prize for March 2012 and April 2012 is two (2) movie vouchers for 1 x Gold Class Tickets to Gold Class at Event Cinemas Innaloo valued at $78AU. The prize is not transferable. One prize only will be awarded.  

  2. The March 2012 competition will run from 01/03/2012 and will close at 5pm on 31/03/2012. The April 2012 competition will run from 01/04/2012 and will close at 5pm on the 30/04/2012.

  3. The winner will be chosen from the registered Movers Members who have registered their deposits over the month. All eligible members will be placed into a draw. The March 2012 winner will be drawn at 1pm on the 10/04/2012. The April 2012 winner will be drawn at 1pm on the 08/05/2012.

  4. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw, the winner forfeits the prize and Aussie Living Homes reserves the right not to draw another winner.
