The First Home Owners grant is a national Government scheme, introduced on the 1st July 2000 to assist First Home Buyers in purchasing their first home.
Currently this once off grant of $7,000 is available to eligible Western Australians purchasing their owner-occupied first home.

 | You may qualify for the First Home Owners Grant if you: - Are 18 years or older
- An Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Never owned a residential property in Australia
- Must occupy the home purchased as a principal place of residence for a continuous period of 6 months commencing within twelve months of completion of the home.
